About the role

Every week we shoot client testimonials and content for the businesses we run marketing for. We are hiring a Videographer to own production: film the interviews and B-roll, then edit them into the short-form video ads and case studies that go live in client campaigns.

What you will do

✓Film client testimonial interviews and on-site B-roll each week, following the shoot brief
✓Edit raw footage into short-form video ads and case study content
✓Keep a consistent visual style across different client brands
✓Organize and archive raw and edited footage so nothing gets lost between shoots
✓Work closely with the founder and creative team to turn footage into content that performs in paid campaigns

What we are looking for

✓Lives in Dubai and can work full-time from our Business Bay office
✓Comfortable filming on location at client sites across the UAE
✓Strong editing skills: structuring a story, pacing cuts, basic sound design
✓Can operate your own or provided camera and basic lighting and audio gear
✓Organized enough to manage footage across multiple client shoots per week

Nice to have

✓A portfolio or reel showing testimonial or ad-style video work
✓Experience editing for short-form and paid ad formats (9:16, sub-30-second cuts)
