About the role

Every week, business owners across Dubai apply for a free consultation with 37 Consult through our website. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to own this step: call new applicants, understand their business in a short conversation, and book the right ones in for their strategy call.

What you will do

Call new leads shortly after they apply through the website, before the moment is lost
Ask the right questions to understand their business, their current marketing, and their goals
Qualify each lead against our criteria and filter out the ones who are not a fit
Book qualified prospects onto the founder's calendar for their strategy call
Keep clean, accurate notes on every call so nothing falls through the cracks
Work closely with the founder to sharpen the script and improve the process over time

What we are looking for

Lives in Dubai and can work full-time from our Business Bay office
Fluent in English and comfortable leading a phone conversation with a stranger
Full-time availability, this is not a side gig
Confident, structured communicator who can build rapport quickly
Organized enough that no lead ever slips through the cracks

Nice to have

Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or another customer-facing role
A genuine interest in marketing, business, or building a career in sales
