This is the conversation I have most often with business owners in Dubai. They post every day on Instagram, they run reels, they paid for the professional photography, and the inquiries still do not come. The reach grows, the follower count grows, and the revenue does not move.

The frustrating part is that they did everything they were told to do. The problem is that what they were told to do was never built to produce customers in the first place.

The core problem

Most agencies in this market sell content, not customers. They optimise for how the feed looks: the trendy edit, the viral-style hook, the clean grid. It looks impressive, and it has almost nothing to do with what the business actually needs.

What you need is not engagement. It is more inquiries, more WhatsApp leads, more booked appointments, more paying customers. When the report you receive is full of metrics that are not connected to revenue, your budget is paying for content that lives separately from your business results.

Four things that are usually broken
